Qualifications
- Education: Master's in Nursing or MBA/MHA with BSN (preferred), with certifications such as CCHP or CCHP-RN highly valued.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in healthcare, including 5 years in correctional healthcare management (HSA or higher level).
- Skills: Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to manage operations and drive compliance.
- Certifications: Current active nursing license, with the ability to maintain licensure across multiple states.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
