Solo Company Drivers :

Earn competitive pay up to $0.56 per mile
Top drivers can make over $100,000 annually

Team Company Drivers :

Earn up to $0.73 per mile (Split)

Each driver is compensated for all miles the truck runs

Top drivers also earn over $100,000 annually (each)

Layover Pay for Peace of Mind : CFI values your time; in the unlikely event of a layover, you’ll receive $125 after the first 24 hours and $125 for each additional 24-hour period.

Are you interested in guiding newcomers in their driving careers? CFI has immediate openings for Driver Trainers. Enjoy the rewards of mentoring while earning an additional $0.23 per mile on all miles and a potential bonus of $500!

Qualifications :

Valid CDL-A license

A minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience

Must be 21 years of age or older

Authorized to work and reside in the United States

Willing to travel across all 48 contiguous states for 2-3 weeks at a time

No BACs, DUIs, DWIs, or license suspensions for moving violations in the past 5 years

Ability to comply with work attendance and availability requirements as well as all applicable legal and DOT regulations for driving a commercial truck in the U.S.

Capable of passing all required CFI certification testing
