Job Summary
This Position is Tuesday and Thursday one week and Wednesday the next week. 12 hours a pay period.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
- Maintain cleanliness in commercial and residential settings, ensuring high standards of hygiene are met.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to enhance the appearance of surfaces.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Carry out custodial duties including restroom sanitation and waste disposal.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used correctly and stored safely after use.
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning assignments efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and polishing methods.
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning and maintenance tasks.
