Product and Compliance Specialist
Location: Adairsville, GA, USA
CFL USA, LLC, is one of the largest manufacturers of hard surface floor-covering products worldwide.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Product and Compliance Specialist to be based at our manufacturing plant in Adairsville, GA, USA.
Responsibilities:
- New products development and product transfer projects support and coordination.
- SAP master data management (Bill of Materials, Material and Product Codes, etc.).
- Support HQ Product Management team on loading factors, packing (pallets, cover-boards, wraps, etc.) and packaging (boxes, end labels, inlays, etc.), costs/price list and SKUs.
- Support HQ Sustainability team with ESG related projects, including general ESG data collection, GHG data collection, recycling programs, etc.
- Third-party audits (incl. QMS, CSR, etc.) preparation and support.
- Represent the company in customer visits to the factory and provide a full and detailed plant and workshop tour.
- Online and offline market research.
- Visit regional and nationwide industry fairs.
Qualification & Experiences
- 5 years of relevant work experience and a proven track record in product management.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- High integrity, business ethics and attention to details mindset.
- Experience/ability to work effectively in global cross-functional teams.
- Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel to China for about 4 weeks.
