This role is a hybrid position with travel to the office in Los Angeles 2-3 days per week. Role can be remote for the right candidate who has Sage 100 experience.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the tool meets the functional and technical requirements before full deployment inclusive of : Preparing and posting journal entries in the Sage 100 sandbox environment for testing purposes.Validating the flow and accuracy of journal entries based on predefined mapping and migration rules.Performing multiple test iterations to ensure consistent and accurate results.Compiling detailed documentation on testing procedures, findings, and outcomes.Collaborating with the process owner to ensure validation and final sign-off on the testing process.Ensuring all aspects of the implementation, including documentation, testing, and deployment, comply with SOX and SDLC requirements.REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems related field.5 years of accounting experience.Demonstrated experience in data migration and integration with ERP systems, preferably within a publicly traded company.Strong understanding of Sage 100.Proven ability to lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage user access and roles within financial software.Knowledge of SOX and SDLC requirements, with experience in ensuring compliance during software implementations.Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type ContractJob function Accounting / Auditing and FinanceIndustries Staffing and Recruiting#J-18808-Ljbffr
