Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst I

About the Role:

CFS Brands is seeking to hire an entry level Business Intelligence Analyst to work closely with business unit leaders, subject matter experts from across the organization, project managers, and other members of the IT Department to design and deploy business intelligence reports and visualizations across a wide range of subject areas. Integrating, converting, and reporting on data from various applications, ERP systems, and a data warehouse to tell a complete and accurate story is a crucial element of this position. The ideal candidate will possess both technical and interpersonal skills, as well as creativity to design solutions with minimal guidance, and the discipline required to meet project timelines.

What You Will Do:

• 
  Collaborate with functional stakeholders across the business to design, develop, and maintain analytics solutions for the enterprise.
• Design and deploy high-impact story-telling business intelligence visualizations and dashboards.
• Analyze existing reports for accuracy and identify areas of possible improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve report and dashboard inconsistencies.
• Train end users on how to analyze data with Power BI.
• Stay current with data and analytics trends and make recommendations for future alignment.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and training.
• Exhibit flexibility to do other tasks as assigned.
• Ability to travel up to 5% in support of business initiatives.

• Willingness to learn business processes, technology systems architectures, and databases.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in English.

• Willingness and ability to work extended hours when necessary to meet project timelines.

What We’d Like You to Know:

• 
  Experience with Power BI, or other enterprise reporting tools such as Cognos, or Tableau
• Experience working with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with DAX, Python, or SQL
