Education & Experience
- Associate degree in related subject preferred or actively enrolled in school pursuing a degree.
- HR Certification preferred (PHR or SHRM-CP or equivalent)
- Experience working in HRIS (SAP, Oracle, ADP Vantage)
- Minimum 2 years’ Human Resources experience working in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated ability to perform complex analytics, identify trend analyses and interpret data, driving business recommendations and deal with highly confidential information.
- Understanding Federal and State employment laws to offer support and guidance to employees.

- Recruiting, sourcing, staffing hourly positions as well as assisting in the maintenance of temporary labor.
- Support onboarding of new employees by completing needed paperwork, employment verifications and background check processes.
- Support the HR Manager and HR Director in managing Time and Attendance for OKC Manufacturing and other locations if needed.
- Generate weekly labor tracking reports for the Finance Department.
- With the direction of the HR Manager, conduct regular audits on employee information and files to ensure accuracy.
- Support the continuous improvement of company policies and procedures and provide support to the Supervisors and Managers on site when they have questions.
- Assists in the development of departmental goals, objectives, policies, and priorities.
- Support the Site HR Manager in the annual initiatives such as the Benefits Open Enrollment, Employee Surveys, Performance management process, calibrations meetings and Succession Planning Reviews.
- Provides support in coordination of employee events or other related activities.
- Maintain employee files in accordance with state and federal law to ensure compliance.
- Ensuring good relations and communications with all members of the team and responding politely and in a timely fashion to internal and external customers.
- Any other duty as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
- Regular and punctual attendance, consistently adhere to the assigned work schedule.
