What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Manager position at CFS Brands?
CFS Brands is seeking to hire an Inside Sales Manager reporting to the Sr. Director, Distribution Sales at the Corporate location in Oklahoma City, OK. This position will support the Director of Regional Sales who manages all aspects of prospective and existing accounts to achieve sales growth targets and management of our Broker Reps. Success depends heavily on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our order fulfillment, sale pipeline development, account planning & development and forecasting processes.
KEY RESULT AREAS :
- Aid in the execution of the strategy for the region as defined by the Director Regional Sales
- Support Director Regional Sales with the implementation of account plans to achieve growth targets
- Collaborate and support the strategic sales plan to achieve sales growth target across in assigned region.
- Support appropriate goals for Manufacture Broker Reps to grow sales aligned with target across each of their territories.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key Dealers / Distributors / Reps and in each market.
- Support business strategies with key distributors that align to overall objectives / goals and have specific action items assigned with timelines of attainment.
- Work with the local representation (either direct report or independent broker) to facilitate the sale of products through the distribution network including establishment of new business along with expansion of existing sales into incremental product categories.
- In alignment with Director Regional Sales, consult with key contacts within dealers / distributors and evaluate their needs.
- Support Director Regional Sales with cross-referencing / quoting new business, region / account reporting customer meeting / business review preparation and overall satisfaction of accounts within territory
- Effectively monitor and manage region / account profitability to align with company goals.
- Ensure execution by team members of all pricing and credit processes for assigned customers
- Maintain a cadence with Director Regional Sales, accounts and reps to review both performance and new opportunities
- Support Director Regional Sales in the executions of marketing and training activities in support of new products with assigned accounts
- Align all sales tool, process, analytics to sales CRM
