- Previous leadership experience (such as Lead or Trainer) strongly preferred.
- Forklift certification or forklift operating experience required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to coach, mentor, and support team members.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes, safety practices, and quality standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and adjust to changing demands.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or different shifts if needed.
- Cross-train and rotate through all warehouse functions, including Freight, Returns, Receiving, UPS, and Shipping.
- Provide daily hands-on operational support to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Support and promote compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards set by warehouse leadership.
- Step in to coordinate shipments and oversee team activities when the Warehouse Supervisor is unavailable.
- Review customer orders for accuracy; gather required products, verify materials, and ensure proper packing, tagging, and handling to meet shipment deadlines.
- Route shipments using proper domestic or international methods to ensure accurate and timely distribution.
- Operate scanners to perform key functions such as inventory moves, order picking, shipping, printing packing lists, and completing item transfers.
- Maintain accurate daily time logs documenting tasks performed and hours worked.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of hand and power tools, including safety procedures for use.
- Willingness to learn assembly and shipping preparation processes to help fulfill open sales orders.
- Operate forklifts, including Bendi trucks, in a safe and effective manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
- Monitor operations to ensure cost-effectiveness while upholding quality standards.
- Recommend or initiate corrective actions to resolve immediate issues or improve operational safety and efficiency.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational practices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
