TEAM LEADER RESIDENTIAL CLEANING ( interior home cleaning)

Overview:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Home Cleaners to join our team. As a Home Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to residential and commercial properties, while working with a team. If you have a passion for cleanliness and enjoy creating a tidy and organized environment in a timely manner, we would love to hear from you. Are you able to work Monday through Friday 9:00-4:00 till 6:00 on Fridays. Part ok but must be able to work the entire day. Must live relatively close to PAOLI PA, located in the tri county area of Chester County, Delaware County and Montgomery area 10minuets South of King of Prussia- Sadly Philly folks to far.

Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned residential and commercial properties
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Make beds and change linens where required
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Familiarity with floor care procedures, hardwood floor maintenance
- Experience in housekeeping management or hotel cleaning is a plus

- Knowledge of custodial or commercial cleaning practices is beneficial

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
