Job Summary

Raise precious funds for HS/MS sports or creative arts programs in the Chicagoland area (counties: DuPage, Grundy, Will, LaSalle, Lake), mainly in the NW and SW suburbs. Be in charge of a very large territory which will require a lot of windshield time and the ability to develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients.

• In-person sales/phone sales
• Excellent writing skills
• Not afraid to tenaciously prospect
• Ability to run the territory like a business owner

• Manage part-time salespeople

Salary

• $30,000 annual salary
• $225 monthly fuel & tolls stipend
• Bonus: $500 per new event produced (on events)
• 4% override (on all events)
• Unit-based commission (on traditional units)
• First year estimated/expected total income: $58,000
• Second year estimated/expected total income: $81,000
• Third year estimated/expected total income: $103,000
• These numbers can vary greatly depending on your ability to exploit qualities under the required skillsets section
