JOB SUMMARY:

CFSB is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement automated solutions that optimize our payment processing operations. You'll work closely with our technology and operations teams to identify automation opportunities and create scalable RPA solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automated workflows using leading RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere) to streamline payment processing, reconciliation, and reporting processes
• Collaborate with business analysts to identify and evaluate automation opportunities within our payment operations
• Create detailed technical documentation for RPA solutions, including process flows, requirements, and test cases
• Monitor and maintain existing RPA processes, ensuring optimal performance and implementing improvements as needed
• Develop reusable components and frameworks to accelerate automation development
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and security standards in all automated processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to RPA implementations

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or VB.NET
• Experience with SQL and database management
• Understanding of REST APIs and web services
• Knowledge of payment processing systems and financial transactions
• Experience with payment gateways and processing platforms
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Background in process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean)
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Education, Training, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3 years of experience developing RPA solutions, preferably in financial services or payments
• Advanced certification in at least one major RPA platform (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere)

Salary: $105,000-$140,000 / year

"Base salary range does not include performance-based bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience."
