What you’ll do :

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting :

Identify and research prospective clients and business opportunities within the financial services sector.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Assist with scheduling prospect appointments via our lead management and marketing system.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth :
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into loyal clients.

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Market Research and Strategy Development :
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the financial services industry.

  • Assist in developing business strategies to target specific markets or client segments.
  • Event Coordination :
  • Organize and participate in client appreciation events, seminars, and networking opportunities to foster relationships and generate leads.

  • Reporting and Analysis :
  • Track and report on sales performance, client interactions, and business development activities.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve the efficiency of business development initiatives.
  • Education and Experience Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related industry; or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to build and manage a pipeline.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive sales strategies.
  • Experience with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus
