  • Accounting Oversight: Lead all aspects of accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present clear, accurate financial reports and insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting process, monitor performance, and provide forecasts that inform strategic decisions.
  • Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and maintain strong financial controls and policies.
  • Staff Management: Supervise, support, and develop a team of 3, ensuring alignment, engagement, and high performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure full compliance with GAAP, legal standards, and industry best practices.
  • Financial Analysis: Deliver meaningful analysis to uncover trends, identify inefficiencies, and support business growth.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align finance with broader company initiatives.
  • Audit Coordination: Lead the annual audit process and manage relationships with external auditors.
  • Technology: Leverage accounting tools and systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Strategic Support: Partner with leadership to guide annual budgeting and planning; analyze variances and provide actionable recommendations.

Team Leadership:

  • Empower and elevate your team by clarifying roles, coaching talent, and implementing training programs that unlock individual and organizational potential.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across the organization.

  • Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities—comfortable interpreting data and delivering strategic insights.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to executives and non-financial stakeholders.
