CG Infinity is looking for a passionate and creative nCino Administrator to lead and oversee the administration, customization, and optimization of our nCino platform within a dynamic financial services environment. This role focuses on ensuring smooth, efficient, and error-free operations while collaborating closely with development, QA, and operations teams.

This role focuses on ensuring smooth, efficient, and error-free operations while collaborating closely with development, QA, and operations teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Administer and manage the nCino platform, ensuring the system is configured to meet business requirements and is running smoothly.
- Provide user support and training, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
- Customize and configure nCino to align with business processes and requirements.
- Oversee data integrity, perform data migrations, and manage data integrations with other systems.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Expert proficiency in nCino and Salesforce platforms is required.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as an nCino Administrator or similar role in the financial services industry.
- Hands-on experience with nCino for managing system configurations and customizations.
- Familiarity with data management, integrations, and reporting tools in a financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of financial services processes and workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- nCino Administrator certification is preferred.
