The ideal candidate will be adept at creating visually appealing content, working within brand guidelines, and understanding how to tailor messages to different audiences. This position requires a strong creative flair, attention to detail, and the ability to stay on top of social media trends.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, create, and edit high-quality visual and written content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.

Develop and implement social media content strategies to align with brand goals and objectives.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and creative direction.

Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to generate new ideas and stay ahead of industry developments.

Schedule and manage social media posts using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or other content management platforms.

Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Analyze social media metrics and adjust content strategies to optimize engagement and growth.

Assist in campaign execution, including content creation, copywriting, and visual elements.

Provide reports on social media performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Creative, Social Media Manager, or in a similar role.

Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).

Strong skills in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or similar design software.

Experience with social media scheduling and management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).

Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.

A creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.

A portfolio of previous social media content or campaigns is a plus.
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of video editing and content creation for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Stories.

Understanding of SEO and social media advertising.
