The Global Risk Management Clerk will provide essential support to the Risk Management department and its objectives by ensuring we deliver the best output of data for our underwriters and maintain accuracy of documentation associated with insurance renewals. This position will work closely with Global Risk Management & Treasury Managers, along with various internal and external partners to support day-to-day operations of the Risk Management function. We are looking for a self-starter with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions:
- Manage the Risk Management team Accounts Payable process, ensuring invoices are entered accurately and timely, payments are tracked, and outstanding balances are reconciled to third party records.
- Collect and compile underwriting information, predominantly in Excel format, required to place insurance policies, incorporating multiple data sets from our global operations, collating in a format suitable for manager review.
- Review and distribution of post-renewal insurance documentation ensuring the accuracy of documentation received from brokers and insurers and distributing to appropriate stakeholders across the company.
- Collect, compile and review letters of credit, guarantees and bonds in force, and administer their renewal.
- Maintain the completeness and accuracy of the Risk Management SharePoint site housing corporate policies and processes.
Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelors in Finance, Risk Management or related
- 2 years’ experience in corporate environment
- High proficiency in MS Office, in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills
- Growth mindset and self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced, forward-moving environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work hybrid in Miami/ Doral
- Comfortable working a temporary role
The pay for this role is $21.00 an hour, paid every Friday.
