Job title: HR Policy and Process Documentation Specialist
Location: Miami/ Doral, Fl – this role is hybrid.
Type: Temporary, 6 month assignment
Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive HR Policy and Process Documentation Specialist. This role is essential to ensuring that our HR policies and processes are clearly documented, consistently updated, and effectively communicated across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to engage actively with stakeholders to capture and integrate their feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive HR policies and process documentation.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR team members, department heads, and employees, to gather information and understand requirements.
- Facilitate discussions and meetings to capture stakeholder feedback and ensure it is integrated into the documentation.
- Review and update existing HR documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with current regulations and best practices.
- Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are accessible and easily understood by all employees.
- Provide support in the training and onboarding of employees regarding new and updated HR policies and processes.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in other HR-related tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR policy writing, process documentation, or a similar role.
- Strong project management skill set.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proactive approach with excellent follow-up capabilities.
- Familiarity with HR regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR management systems and software.
The hourly range for this role is $26-$29 an hour.
