As AN Outside Sales Representative with CGC WATER TREATMENT AND PLUMBING, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads and promoting our services throughout the community. Your responsibilities will include attending various community events, such as home shows, and actively visiting local organizations to enhance brand awareness. You will utilize both company-generated and self-generated leads to drive sales, providing exceptional customer service every step of the way.

In-home sales demonstrations will showcase our products, followed by writing contracts and ensuring seamless post-sale follow-ups. Your success will be supported through professional development opportunities, enabling you to set and achieve sales goals while participating in ongoing training for sales techniques and product knowledge. To excel as an Outside Sales Representative at CGC WATER, you will need a robust skill set anchored in both experience and personal attributes. A minimum of three years in sales, coupled with home sales experience, is essential for effectively engaging potential customers. Being coachable and open to ongoing training will ensure you continuously refine your selling techniques and product knowledge. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for building rapport with clients and successfully conducting in-home sales demonstrations. Additionally, a highly self-motivated and disciplined attitude will drive your success, enabling you to meet sales goals consistently.

A valid driver's license is required, as you will be visiting various community organizations and attending events to generate leads. If you are eager to learn and grow, this role offers the opportunity to unleash your potential in a supportive, high-performance environment.

• Home Sales Experience
• 3 Years of Sales Experience
• Coachable
