DAY TO DAY AS A PLUMBING SERVICE MANAGER
As the Full-Time Plumbing Service Manager at CGC WATER TREATMENT AND PLUMBING, you will play a crucial role in obtaining sales and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will lead and motivate a dedicated team, setting and attaining ambitious sales and installation goals while providing invaluable training to apprentice plumbers. This position offers the opportunity to work hands-on in the field, spending a minimum of half your time on the road with your team, fostering collaboration and ensuring that your leadership translates into outstanding customer satisfaction. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
To thrive as the Full-Time Plumbing Service Manager at CGC WATER TREATMENT AND PLUMBING, a robust skill set is essential. You should possess a minimum of five years of plumbing experience, with a journeyman license preferred, demonstrating your expertise in the field. Your ability to lead by example will be crucial in motivating and guiding your team towards achieving sales and installation goals. A strong understanding of sales is required and strong selling skills are highly desired, as you'll be responsible for setting sales goals and helping the team attain those goals by training and weekly metrics.
