We are seeking a subject matter expert to join our collaborative team in Washington, DC! As the Director of Consulting, Expert, you will lead and manage strategic planning and transformational change management initiatives for a variety of groups within the clients organization. You will work with clients to assess their needs, develop and implement change management strategies and plans, and measure the success of the program.
This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office with work performed at the client site in Washington, DC up to 3 days per week.
Fonctions et responsabilits :
Leverage your consulting expertise to support our management team in developing strategic plans, both for internal and client needs, and conducting change impact assessments
Support business development efforts by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth.
Support proposals and evolve solution offerings to ensure CGI is positioned as a best-in-class provider.
Lead and manage change management initiatives for a variety of clients.
Participate in the development of the organizations change management methodology and tools.
Work with project teams to integrate organization change management activities into the overall project plan.
Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including employees, managers, and executives.
Mentor and coach junior change management consultants and stay up to date on the latest change management trends and best practices.
Qualits requises pour russir dans ce rle :
Bachelors Degree and at least 10 years of professional experience in change management or a related field for federal contracts
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Experience in leading and managing change management initiatives for technology transformations (large scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) cloud implementations preferred)
Experience working directly with clients and internal teams, following an agile methodology, to understand the business requirements and assess the change impact(s)
Ability to identify anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
Experience conducting readiness assessments, evaluating results, and presenting findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Critical / Analytical thinking
Due to the nature of the government contract, US Citizenship is required. Interim Secret Clearance required before starting.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $99,200.00 - $241,600.00.
