Position Description:
CGI is seeking a Forensic Audio-Video Examiner with a strong commitment to teamwork to join our team in Bethesda, MD
This position is located in Bethesda, MD.
BS in computer science or related discipline
Due to the nature of the work, a US citizenship and TS SCI with CI Poly clearance are required
8 years' experience in forensic examinations
Experience in digital image optimization, image/video authentication, metadata analysis, and identifying
geolocations.
Experience in conducting audio enhancement of video and audio recordings to improve speech quality and other
establishing the integrity of video evidence through authentication and video analysis of recordings.
Experience with multiple audio and video editing software suites, especially Adobe. Familiarity with common audio
and video formats and their file structures (AVI, MP4, MOV, MP3, WMA, WMV, WAV).
Experience with interpreting file metadata, including XMP, and file structures to assist in authentication and
synthetic media detection efforts.
Experience with industry standard software and filters to conduct video and image authentication requests to
include application and interpretation of error
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $195,200.00.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for providing video and audio evidence analysis in support of the National Media
Exploitation Center (NMEC).
