Healthcare Product Owner

CGI is seeking for a Product Owner with Healthcare experience who can bring in expertise and industry standard methodologies define better development. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic scrum master to join our growing team.
The individual in this role would be responsible for overseeing our software development team and working under the agile methodology. We are seeking a candidate who has proven leadership skills, the ability to think critically and problem-solve, and a track-record of ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.

This role can be performed from client sites in Bloomfield, CT(Preferred), Raleigh, NC, Lafayette, LA in a Hybrid Model.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Work in an onshore-offshore model, with 5-7 onshore/offshore developers
Agile Ceremonies Participate and Contribute
Follow Agile and engineering best practices and take pride in it.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

At least 8 years of working experience in as a Product Owner
Act as a leader to our software development team
Work closely with Business on the requirements
Groom, refine the requirements
Healthcare experience is a must
Facilitate requirement review, grooming, refinement sessions with scrum team
Accelerate Scrum teams productivity with right requirement details
Perform reviews on software development product
Remove requirement obstacles
Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout project lifecycle
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, application users, and program owners
Take responsibility for successful product delivery

Required Skills Healthcare experience, PMPO experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $85,800-$185,800.
