Position Description:
This position is located in Charleston, SC.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Manage the prioritization of efforts and tasks toward fulfillment of deliverables across multiple contracts.
- Communicate service metrics and drive work to completion inside those metrics.
- Absorb, channel and manage the expectations of both internal and external stake holders.
- Drive the completion of work, defined by the Program Managers.
- Ensure the effective and timely communication of roadblocks and dependencies to the Program Managers.
- Communicate status to management and the customer and assist in timely hierarchical escalations.
- Work with the management and engineering team to identify process improvements and implement the required changes.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Due to the nature of work U.S. citizenship and a SECRET security clearance are required.
- 10 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
- Proven ability to effectively manage and lead large teams to successfully execute multiple concurrent tasks.
- Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of Information Systems technologies, with expertise in areas such as:
Microsoft Active Directory Forest/Domain Infrastructure and Group Policy
Microsoft Exchange
Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
Host Based System Security (McAfee ePolicy, Trellix)
Network Monitoring Solutions (e.g., SolarWinds NPM)
Layer 2/Layer 3 Network and Routing Infrastructure
Datacenter Backup and Recovery Solutions (e.g., Veeam B&R)
Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Credential Management Systems (CMS)
DoD/DoN Risk Management Framework (RMF) Implementation
Security Vulnerability Management (e.g., Tenable Nessus & Security Center)
Endpoint Security and Data-at-Rest Encryption- Capability for conducting independent research from high-level customer technical requirements and translating findings into insightful white papers.
- Experience in understanding complex policies and translating into business processes and procedures.
- Experience in communicating status to management and ranking personnel.
- Able to travel up to 25% of the time to support installs onboard U.S. Navy ships and in government labs.
- Able to lift over 50 lbs.
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering is required or work experience in lieu of degree.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $111,600.00 - $219,600.00.
