Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned IT Security Specialist to join our team as a Security Architect / Engineer. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain security solutions to protect our organization's information assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement security solutions using Delinea's product suite
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability testing
- Provide technical guidance and support to IT and security teams
- Develop and deliver training and documentation for security practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure security requirements are met
- Stay up to date with the latest security trends and technologies
- Participate in incident response and forensic investigations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on Delinea products
- Extensive knowledge of Delinea's product suite
- Strong understanding of security best practices and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with training and documentation development
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus
