US CITIZENSHIP AND ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED
CGI Federal is currently looking for a Mid Level Apex Developer with an active Top-Secret clearance to support a large project for a federal government client. The Administrative Applications Unit (AAU) provides software application development and support services to the enterprise for administrative functions. AAU develops, maintains, and supports a portfolio of custom-built and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products for customers.
This position is based in the National Capital Region.
Your future duties and responsibilities :
Apex Developers will partner with and implement technical solutions for these customer divisions to meet their specific business needs.
Provide web-based application support and conducts regular operations and maintenance (O&M) to keep the applications IT services secure and operating effectively and efficiently.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role :
5 years of application development skills with a proven track record of delivering complex technology projects.
Active Top-Secret clearance.
Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE)
Oracle Application Express (APEX) experience
Operations and Maintenance (O&M) experience
Experience with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS)
Strong interpersonal skills, relationship management, and facilitation abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both business and technical team members.
Capability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with business partners and technology teams.
Effective management of project-related tasks and issues.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Please note that due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship is required.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $67,800.00 - $150,200.00.
