Data Scientist for Chatbot (AWS Sagemaker)

Work within an agile team to enhance and maintain business applications and systems from CGIs Fairfax, VA offices. Create, update and modify chatbot data models to support digital assistants for public users. Work directly with client product owners and technical staff to construct technical solutions and supporting deliverables to enable the client to accomplish its business objectives.

This position can be located remotely anywhere in the U.S.

Fonctions et responsabilits :

Provide expert level IT technical services and technical expertise in machine learning models to support chatbot capabilities. Technologies include AWS Sagemaker, Rasa (v2.2), Kubeflow, Streamlit and Python.

Update machine learning models based on business input.

Integrate machine learning models to support chatbot software releases.

Monitor model drift and decay, retraining chatbot models as necessary

Qualits requises pour russir dans ce rle :

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree.

Six (6) years of overall IT industry experience

Senior level experience with creating and maintaining machine learning models using AWS Sagemaker.

Senior level experience developing and maintaining chatbot models for Rasa.

Proficiency in Python development.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working with clients and business partners.

Working knowledge of agile methodologies.

Desired qualifications / non-essential skills required :

Experience working with Kubeflow

Experience working with Streamlit

Experience working in Scrum agile projects

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $195,200.00.
