CGI Federal is currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst with active Top-Secret clearance to support a large project for a federal government client. The Service Desk Analyst will provide IT support via phone, email, and chat, our team is comprised of dynamic, passionate people with a focus customer service while providing IT support to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues on 1st contact.

• US CITIZENSHIP AND ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED

This position will be based in Washington, DC area.

Fonctions et responsabilits :

Monitor and control electronic computer and peripheral electronic data processing equipment to process business, scientific, engineering, and other data according to operating instructions including customer service requests.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and other IT systems.

Monitor and respond to operating and error messages.

May enter commands at a computer terminal and set controls on computer and peripheral devices.

Document technical issues and resolutions in a ticketing system and escalate issues to appropriate teams as necessary.

Strong knowledge of common hardware and software applications used in an enterprise environment.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Vue.js, ASP.NET (C#), NodejsReact, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PostgreSQL, Liquibase, Elasticsearch, and Git.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Please note that US Citizenship is required for this government contract position.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $49,400.00 - $105,500.00.
