Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. for 2 days from 10a -1p Sunday 3-7:15p. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments for members.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks, including document creation and email management.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in front desk operations or office management is preferred.
