We are a boutique real estate private equity firm based in Los Angeles with a mixed asset portfolio specializing in multifamily and hospitality, value ad and ground-up development across the country.
What You’ll Do
- Sales and marketing.
- Manage and oversee 100 unit property.
- Responsible for community outreach and collaboration.
- Ensure occupancy targets are achieved through leasing and resident retention.
- Partner with facilities and engineering teams to ensure physical assets are operating at peak performance levels.
- Customer service.
- Property Financial Performance.
- Monitor and review monthly operating results for both the property management and building services operations.
- Attend management meetings as requested by upper management.
- Report on department updates at staff meetings.
- 4 years of property management is preferred (internships included).
- High Energy.
- Attention to detail.
- Speaks Spanish.
