We are seeking a Leasing Agent for our luxury portfolio. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, the Leasing Agent will be responsible for processing the lease requirements of multiple properties for potential renters and ensuring that all documents are filed accurately, following the standards of property management and clients' qualifications.
What You'll Do :
- Schedule and lead virtual and in-person tours for prospective tenants.
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations to prospects.
- Negotiate new leases and renewals that meet or exceed sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects through closing.
- Perform credit checks.
- Participate in the preparation of lease documents.
- Coordinate document execution in a timely manner.
- Assisting Managers with other sales activities as required.
- Using our property management system, maintain and know details of properties, including current availability of spaces for lease, and prices.
- Serve as key point of contact for all inbound leasing inquiries for Bread & Salt Hospitality locations in Los Angeles.
- Prospect sales opportunities via telephone, up to 50 calls per day, to schedule meetings with prospects.
- Maintain CRM database.
- Maintain or surpass individual quota for scheduled phone meetings.
- Perform sales discovery via scheduled phone meetings, advancing qualified prospects to on site tours.
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects and referrals by maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
- Identify prospective tenants by integrating yourself into the communities. Participate in Multi-Family and Hospitality organizations as a representative of Bread and Salt Hospitality.
