As a solution builder, you will be working to support the client’s mission and goals of aligning their IT strategic roadmap with their organizations’ data strategy
This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office with work performed at client site in Arlington, VA; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities
An interim Secret clearance is required to begin working onsite with our client, and a Secret clearance must be maintained throughout the project duration. Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- As a Data Strategy Consultant, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions and provide critical data-driven consulting services
- Ability to actively contribute to data strategy development initiatives and the definition of corresponding data use cases and implementation services
- Creation of a technology roadmap in support of organizational data strategy with business leadership across multiple offices within the organization
- Ability to actively contribute to data strategy development initiatives and the definition of corresponding data use cases and implementation services
- Prepare critical documentation for the data strategy, roadmap, and downstream implementation activities (e.g., requirements documentation)
- Ensures that appropriate requirements, associated business rules and data standards, and technical specifications for requested data solutions are documented
- Collaborates to maintain core reference domain content via master data management

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Business, Data Science, or STEM related discipline
- Proficiency in facilitating requirements gathering (including significant business stakeholder engagement) and translation to a data strategy roadmap and technical requirements
- Knowledge of data governance concepts and practices, including establishing/enforcing controls to assure appropriate data privacy, security, and standard compliance
- Excellent communication and demonstrated hands on experience developing data strategies or setting up critical data initiatives (e.g., data governance program establishment)
- Experience with data management that spans across the data lifecycle
- Experience with areas such as AI, data
