Position Description :
CGI is seeking a Front-End Developer with modern software engineering practices and respective tools. Working in a cross-functional agile Kanban team, you will be providing production support for multiple clients of cloud-based web applications to ensure the seamless operation of our web applications. In addition, you will be designing, developing, testing, demoing and documenting defects and enhancements. You will be involved in backlog refinement, Kanban planning, reviews / demos as well as be responsible for meeting software compliance standards.
This role is required full time in the Knoxville CGI office.
Your future duties and responsibilities :
- Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of web applications in the cloud
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end-users and internal teams
- Document and report on production incidents and resolutions
- Participate in application deployments and updates
- Work within development teams to design, develop, test, implement, document, and support technical solutions across full stack of development tools and technologies with focus on front-end
- Ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements
- Contribute to continuously improving software engineering practices through the identification and implementation of improvements

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,300 - $138,800.
