What are the responsibilities and job description for the HRM Functional/Business Analyst position at CGI?
We are seeking an HRM Functional/Business Analyst to join our CGI team!
This full-time career opportunity is located in our Los Angeles, CA office with work performed at client site in Downey, CA. CGI has an in-office policy that includes working onsite 2-3 days a week. For this project, a hybrid working model is possible, with the expectations of 25-50% onsite presence or as directed by the Project manager. At this time, members in the Los Angeles area are onsite one full week a month.
You will be part of one of our largest projects in the LA metro area: Implementation of a Human Resources / Payroll / Financial / Budget / Procurement system. Includes full suite of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system called “CGI Advantage”. As a result of this implementation, we are making a difference for approximately 150,000 teachers and administrative staff across LA County by making their lives easier/more streamlined for business processes and record keeping. To include state-of-the-art business intelligence usage to assist with efficient business processes and analysis and planning.
