CGI is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team supporting NASA's Human Landing System (HLS) Program Planning and Control (PP&C) Office. As part of the HLS Schedule Team, you will play a critical role in implementing the HLS Schedule Management Plan, ensuring the integration of all schedule data across HLS offices, and analyzing external provider schedules. Your expertise will be essential in constructing comprehensive reporting tools for both internal and external stakeholders.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the HLS Lead Scheduler and Schedule Function Lead to develop tailored scheduling products for each customer. Your responsibilities will include conducting independent assessments of schedules and maintaining a continuous exchange of schedule information and reporting products. Your contributions will be vital to the successful execution and efficient management of the HLS program.

This position is located in our USA AL Huntsville -- USAALHUN01 office with work performed at client site in Marshall Space Flight Center; Huntsville, AL; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Under minimal supervision, provide schedule support, and input to coordinate, and develop schedule reporting products at various reporting levels for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support program reviews, provide schedule assessments, perform schedule analysis, and create presentation material as required.
- Prepare charts, tables, graphs, diagrams, schedules, reporting metrics, and other schedule data products, as required.
- Develop, maintain, status, analyze, and report HLS Office Schedules and lower-level schedules.
- Develop and analyze schedule workarounds, as required.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Proficient Microsoft Project user
- Knowledge and/or application of basic scheduling terms and processes.
- Knowledge and skills in critical path method project schedule development.
- Experience with logic driven network scheduling, budget and schedule integration, and performance measurement techniques.
- Ability to assess and interpret performance schedule information and forecast schedule impact as part of a business team.
- Ability to work in a team environment and have the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated logical reasoning and analytical skills.
- Must be a resourceful, self-motivated individual with excellent communication and personal interface skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to interact well in group meeting/work environments.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
- Understanding of project life cycles, and technical development and deployment of life cycles.
- Experience with NASA or military programs involving space, ground, and launch operations/processes.
- Experience working with project management methodologies including Earned Value Management (EVM), budget development, project planning, project management software.
- Experience performing probabilistic schedule risk analysis and schedule health analysis.
- Experience using Milestones Professional and schedule risk tools (Full Monte, Acumen Fuse, etc.) desired.
- Basic understanding of EIA-748 standard earned value management (EVM) principles.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other related certifications desirable.
- Membership with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or the College of Performance Management (CPM) a plus.
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $69,700.00 - $154,300.00.
