Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Program Manager to oversee and drive the strategic direction of our client’s cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing comprehensive cybersecurity programs that protect our client’s critical information assets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a strategic cybersecurity program aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee the execution of multiple cybersecurity projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Establish program goals, track progress, and manage risks and issues, proactively addressing any challenges that arise.
• Monitor and report on program performance, providing updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement project management best practices.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategic priorities.
• Develop program strategies, timelines, and budgets, and manage resources across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of all projects within the program.
• Define and implement program governance structures, including key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting mechanisms, and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination across departments and stakeholders.
• Manage program scope, ensuring changes are effectively communicated, evaluated, and incorporated into the program plan.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the program and propose solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure all projects within the program meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Mentor and provide leadership to project managers and teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Handle stakeholder management, ensuring expectations are properly set and communicated throughout the program lifecycle.
Qualifications:
• Experience in cybersecurity program management.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Clarity, Jira, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading and managing large, cross-functional programs with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing budgets, resources, and timelines across multiple projects.CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $119,500- $209,100.
