Your future duties and responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform supply chain management tasks including inventory control, shipping, receiving, stocking, and all other warehouse functions
- Monitoring paperwork and records associated with receiving, storing, issuing, replenishing, or inventorying commonly used supplies, equipment,
- Prepare and control required documentation and maintain equipment records
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding supply matters
- Advise and provide recommendations to the program manager on all supply matters
- Prepare information for formal presentations and meetings
- Other related tasks as assigned

- Customer-facing support skills
- Ability to understand supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines
- Knowledge of policies and procedures for requisitioning and issuing equipment and supplies
- Knowledge of sources, responsibilities, and means for providing assistance and advice to resolve logistics problems
- Ability to interpret specialized documentation and descriptions pertaining to equipment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
- Proficient personal computer skills to include a strong working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office suite applications
- Must be able to organize and manage workload efficiently and prioritize projects with minimal supervision
- Multi-task oriented, calm, polite, clear, articulate, positive, and friendly
- Ability to use office automation tools and techniques to design and present reports, briefing materials, and/or comparable documents
- Ability to analyze problems and to develop timely and economical solutions in support of the program manager
- Ability to originate new ideas, projects, studies, and methodologies
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
- Able to lift over 50 lbs.
- Able to stand/walk in excess of 4 hours at a time
- Able to use standard office automation tools and software proficiently
- Possess a solid knowledge and understanding of USMC inventory management, categorization and storage techniques.
- Demonstrates proficiency in the use of inventory software.
- Exhibits ability to interpret and explain inventory reports.
- Pays close attention to detail.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
- Exhibits ability to think creatively in order to devise best inventory control practices.
- 4 years of Relevant Logistics Experience
- Customer-facing support skills

- 3 or more years’ experience in Marine Corps supply operations
- Working knowledge of the Global Command and Control System Marine Corps (GCSS-MC)

- Knowledge of preparing, receiving, and processing bills of lading (BOL)

Salary : $50,800 - $108,300
