Responsibilities
- Adhere to a portfolio governance framework and Change Management standards, ensuring consistency across projects.
- IDentify, analyze, and engage stakeholders and sponsors to build support for transformation initiatives.
- Conduct readiness assessments to gauge organizational preparedness for change.
- Formulate a change network to facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Design and construct training materials to equip employees with the necessary skills for transformation.
- Develop and execute communication and marketing plans to promote transformation initiatives.
- Prioritize and mitigate resistance and other people risks to ensure smooth transition.
- Design and construct templates to streamline change management processes.
- Establish metrics to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a good understanding of change management principles, methodologies, techniques, and tools.
- Have experience working as a Change Lead on both business and technical projects, leveraging strategic and tactical thinking.
- Showcase experience working in the healthcare industry or similar sectors.
- Be able to summarize detailed information for an executive audience and effectively facilitate stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, negotiation, listening, and communication skills.
- Showcase strong business and technical acumen, as well as analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Able to cope with pressure and collaborate with teams to drive results.
Desired Qualifications
- Possess more than 4 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm environment or a blend of consulting and industry.
- Have experience working with recognized Change Management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR.
- Possess more than 4 years of providing change management support for large transformational programs.
