Position Summary
CGL Facility Management, LLC provides comprehensive contract facility maintenance services to commercial clients. The Master Plumber will install and oversee all plumbing related functions at the facility.

CGL Facility Management, LLC provides comprehensive contract facility maintenance services to commercial clients. The Master Plumber will install and oversee all plumbing related functions at the facility.
What you will do
- Performs master level, skilled plumbing work in the installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing fixtures, water leaks, gas leaks, sanitary and storm lines.
- Provides technical skills required of a Master licensed plumber for the installation, alteration, maintenance and repair of the plumbing systems and related accessories, to assist with management and operation of the facilities in a cost-effective manner.
- Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, valve fittings, grease traps, fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
- Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures such as sinks, water lines, toilets, showers, commodes, water heaters, hot water tanks, garbage disposals and dishwashers.
- Completes all documentation required in compliance with CGL's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.
- Ability to read blue prints and drawings.
- Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures and according to the standards of CGL Facility Management, OSHA, and our clients.
- Must maintain a clean and safe workplace while and after performing grounds keeping tasks.
- Complete all required compliance, safety and developmental training as assigned.
- May be required to provide training, oversight or direction to technicians in unlike skillset on the basics of trade.

Compensation
We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The hiring range for this position is generally between $31.00 - $35.00 , exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. Final salaries will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and / or experience. In addition to these factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the general Hiring Range for the role. Hiring at the top of the range is reserved for exceptionally qualified candidates. We consider internal and external factors as a part of every final offer. We also offer a generous total compensation and benefits package.
