Summary
Supervises an area responsible for the timely and comprehensive investigation and processing of assigned claims. Responsible for recruiting and hiring, coaching and mentoring, monitoring and evaluation, and addressing all disciplinary issues on the team in a timely manner.
Description
What You Will Do :
- Ensure the timely processing and adjudication of all claims.
- Performs quality control reviews and / or monitor performance of staff to ensure appropriate understanding and utilization of applicable laws, contract policies, and procedures.
- Monitors production and timeliness of work and maintains desk procedures.
- Responsible for recruiting and hiring, coaching and mentoring, monitoring and evaluation, and addressing all disciplinary issues in a timely manner.
- Encourage staff in creating and maintaining a work environment with high morale and employee satisfaction through support of professional development, training, career growth, and rewarding high performance.
- Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with all internal and external customers.
