The IT Director will oversee all End User Support & Services, Systems, AV and Licensing and responsible for the management of both the user support function and the Managed Services operations for end user services.
Location Onsite: Irvine, CA
Responsibilities
- Manages and plans the activities of assigned staff, service providers and/or user personnel in support of IT Services operations for all locations, this includes 1st and 2nd level.
- Participating as direct contact for external suppliers, managing and overseeing monthly billing and annual contracts.
- Coordinating update meetings, ensuring vendors meet their SLAs, and resolve operational issues between the vendors and IT staff.
- Ability to work and coordinate projects between internal departments and manage strategic deployments as required.
- Strong relationships with IT departments and key customers are crucial to success.
- Must be customer focused and will be tasked with continually improving customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for implementation of Incident Management process and works in conjunction with IT Operations and Engineering and associated Problem Management functions.
- Manages service provider relationship for service desk and managed services operations. Oversees vendor relationships including billing, problem resolution, SLA attainment, quarterly reviews, project work.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of IT experience to include 5 years of IT Service management responsibilities.
- Technical and operating systems skills including ServiceNow, Office 365, MS Exchange and Citrix.
- An aptitude in performance analysis, improvements and solution implementation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Salary : $180,000 - $195,000
