Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Technical Professional with experience in network refreshes to help strengthen and secure networks for our customers.
This role will involve helping with data center replication and ensuring data integrity and security. Our goal is to minimize the likelihood of network failures and outages, thereby increasing functionality and reliability.
Key Skills
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of Cisco routers and switches.
- Experience with network security operations (Firewalls, ASAs).
- Familiarity with NAC systems and NAC upgrades.
- Proficiency with site-to-site VPN and VPN tunneling.
Responsibilities
This role will require fulfilling or resolving network requests or trouble calls, completing required documentation, and working with users and vendors to resolve network connectivity or capacity issues.
- Understand and follow directions, as well as adhere to policies and procedures.
- Lead and coordinate network projects, such as firewall configurations, core router/switch upgrades, protocols, security implementations, etc.
- Recommend and implement cost-reduction solutions and support critical bank network equipment or complex systems.
