This team member will play a crucial role shaping our digital presence and demand generation.
A blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong leadership skills is required to ensure our websites’ operations support our business objectives. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day optimization of our websites’ content and operations, including technical SEO. This successful candidate will be adept at using CMS platforms and have experience directing website developers. You’ll also have experience integrating websites with Marketo, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation tech. You should be a self-starter with a passion for data-driven marketing.

Responsibilities :
Website management and development
- Ensure consistent and positive user experiences across all CGS websites.
- Contribute to digital strategy and growth plans; manage budgets for web operations and related marketing initiatives.
- Design and implement a comprehensive web development plan aligned with company goals; perform research to ensure continuous innovation and the deployment of industry best practices.
- Oversee the design, structure, and functionality of websites; manage projects, including site redesigns; implement testing procedures ensuring proper functionality.
- Direct development projects across different divisions, fostering collaboration between different teams.
- Support the implementation and management of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Manage relationships with third-party service providers when necessary.
