About the Role
The Quality Manager at CGS Executive Search is responsible for ensuring compliance with customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory, and external standards. This includes validating quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures and ISO system quality procedures.
This role involves effective interaction with Production and Engineering teams to maintain product supply and introduction of new products. The Quality Manager will work directly with customers to support quality requirements and with suppliers in case of quality improvements actions or complaints.
The Quality Manager will be responsible for daily monitoring of production control results, management of eventual nonconformities, and reprocessing. They will also update the Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes, and improvements.
The Quality Manager must determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures, define and manage corrective actions, guide multiple teams, propose and track quality assurance goals, and work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of products.
The successful candidate will have a proven experience as a Quality Manager or Quality Manager Assistant, in-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards, excellent math abilities, and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.
