We are seeking skilled Industrial Construction Superintendents to join our team and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for coordinating and managing all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities :
This is a hands on position with a large National General Contractor, the current role is located in Phoenix AZ (relocation assistance possible). Under limited supervision, the candidate will have oversite responsibility for all aspects of the construction project schedule and trades. This combines electrical, mechanical, piping / plumbing, as well as crane coordination, materials coordination and logistics coordination and scheduling.
Desired Experience & Qualifications :
- 8 years of experience in large-scale commercial construction project management.
- Strong background in managing multi-trade projects, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing / piping, and civil.
- Proven experience with budget oversight, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Hands-on leadership experience with field supervisors, superintendents, and trade teams.
- In-depth knowledge of project schedules, materials coordination, logistics management, and crane operations.
- Experience collaborating directly with project engineers and design teams to ensure smooth project flow.
