To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills :
INDUSTRIAL-
Proven experience as an industrial electrician or similar role.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
Running conduit Rigid and EMT, Pull wire, Terminate, Cable Trays.
Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards or malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and run electrical diagrams.
Experience with conduit benders (hand and electric).
Installation of field instruments (pressure transmitters, etc).
Installation of enclosures.
Installation of stainless steel pneumatic tubing.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs.
Perform electrical installations according to local codes and regulations.
Experience with material / manpower takeoff's.
COMMERCIAL-
Installation, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in a commercial setting.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings.
Test electrical systems.
Knowledge of low voltage.
Understanding of electrical codes and regulations.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Utilize hand and power tools.
Collaborate with other trades onsite to ensure proper installation of electrical systems.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience : Minimum of 6 years as a Journeyman electricians, minimum of 3 years for Apprentice electrician with a focus on industrial / Commercial projects.
Blueprint Skills : Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
Tool Proficiency : Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machinery, including hydraulic benders (must be able to bend 1"-4").
Communication : Must speak English to collaborate effectively with the team.
Shift Details :
1st Shift, Full Time : Monday to Saturday.
Positions available throughout the entire EAST and WEST Valley
The anticipated work hours are as follows :
50 - 60 hours per week
Overtime may be available
