What You’ll Do:
- Perform general labor duties at construction sites, working both indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, reach forklifts, and stake bed trucks (Certification is preferred but not required).
- Material handling: Assembly, loading, and unloading of materials and trucks.
- Support the team with physically demanding work—be ready for a mix of labor-intensive tasks.
- Utilize handheld power tools to assist with various tasks on site.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in industrial or commercial construction.
- Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) to effectively communicate with the team.
- Experience with laydown yard operations and equipment.
- Proven ability to work independently, managing tasks with minimal direction.
- Ability to thrive in extreme weather conditions: heat, cold, rain, mud, and dust.
- Able to work a full 40-hour week, with potential overtime.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of general laydown yard operations and construction labor.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials.
- Must pass a drug screen, background check, and provide an MVD report.
