Field Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Engineer to join our team. The Ideal candidate will work with Superintendents, as well as subcontractor trades construction supervisors and engineering team with update changes, oversee trades and subcontractors performance, order submission, review design and update designs as needed. You will collaborate with contactors, supervisors, superintendents, both internal and external.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, design, and implement distribution systems to meet the needs of the organization.

2. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of distribution equipment to ensure optimal performance.

3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to distribution systems in a timely manner.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline distribution processes and improve efficiency.

5. Provide technical support and training to field technicians and other staff members.

6. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in distribution engineering to make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience working in distribution engineering or a similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
