What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heating/Venting/AC (HVAC) - Field Supervisor position at CGS Global?
We are currently seeking skilled Commercial HVAC Field Supervisors to join our team. As a Commercial HVAC Supervisor, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This position requires a strong technical background in HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and support HVAC field technicians
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of service calls and installations
- Conduct quality control inspections and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in scheduling and dispatching technicians as needed
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on support in the field
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and job progress
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC lead or supervisor
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair
- Experience with low-temperature refrigeration and commercial systems preferred
- EPA certification required; additional certifications a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting salary range $32.00 - $40.00 per hour base on experience.
