Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Communicate with customers about system performance and recommended repairs.
- Insure all work is completed in compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members and support field operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- HVAC Certification or relevant experience.
- EPA Certification required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
- Experienced with low temperature refrigeration is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting salary range $30.00 - $38.00 per hour based on experience.
